フレンチオークの新樽で6ヶ月間熟成し2015年4月に瓶詰めにしたワインで、ヨーロッパ有機認証を受けています。ブドウは手摘みで丁寧に選別されたものを使用し、温度制御下で商業酵母に頼らず自発的なアルコール発酵をさせています。ワインはフィルタリングせずに製造されています。
Very good Tempranillo aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels, EU Organic Certified. Fully mature now, and a great match with a wide variety of foods.

Tempranillo from the same producer, aged in oak barrels for 6 months, fruity, powerful and elegant. One of the better values in Ribera del Duero.

3. Viña Magna Crianza 2011　税込¥3,740
テンプラニーリョ90％、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン10％のブレンドで、フレンチオークの樽で12ヶ月間熟成させたパワフルなワイン
A powerful blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Power and grip added to good fruit and well integrated tannins.

リベラ・デル・ドゥエロ地方の小さなワイナリーBodegas Alto Sotillloで作られたEvoluciónは、最高品種のテンプラニーリョのみを使用しており、 生産数は約3000本です。新しいオーク樽で15ヶ月間熟成した、テロワールの特徴を顕著に表現したエレガントでバランスの取れたワインです。 お召し上がりになる1～2時間前にデカントすることをお勧めします。
Evolución uses only the best Tempranillo selections ftom the best plots, with a production of approximately 3,000 bottles. Aged for 15 months in new oak barrels, it is an elegant, well-balanced wine with a pronounced terroir character. We recommend decanting 1-2 hours before serving.

7. Sameiras Tinto 2014　税込¥3,300
紫色のエッジを持つ深いチェリー色で、明るく鮮明な色合いです。フローラル（ウィステリア、ライラック）とハーブとバルサミコの組み合わせ、旬の赤い果実の完璧で非常に表情豊かな香り。口の中では、バランスのとれた味わい持っています。丸みのある渋み、バランスの取れた酸味で、絹のような舌ざわりです。新鮮でフルーティーな仕上がりが程よく持続する後味です。
Blend of indigenous red grapes from an artisanal producer employing biodynamic techniques. Deep cherry color with purple edges, bright and crisp. Light on the palate, with floral, herbal, and balsamic elements and a very expressive nose of seasonal red fruits.

8. Fusco 2016 (Riberia Sacra) 　定価　¥3,740
リベイラ・サクラの急斜面にあるメンシア種から造られる、非常に繊細で素朴なワインです。赤い果実と森の要素が特徴で、ピノ・ノワールとネッビオーロの軽いスタイルの中間のようなキャラクターを持つ。
A top producer of Albariño in Rias Baixas travels to the steep slopes of Ribeira Sacra to make this fine wine from the native Mencia grape. Dominated by red fruits and forest elements, with a character somewhere between a lighter style of Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo.

A rare red wine from the heart of white Albariño territory in Rias Baixas. Very light and subtle, blending three indigenous red grapes (Caiño, Espadeiro, Mencia) with alcohol at a very modest 11.5%. A very interesting new wine sensation – and perhaps a look at the future of Rias Baixas!
